providing the visionary leadership that drives the success of the company. Mr. Lynch brings to the company more than 20 years of experience in high tech engineering and management, including nearly
15 years in design and development for various high tech companies. His committed focus on excellence in customer service, rewarding excellence, and respect for the individual has enabled Office
CompuTech, Inc to grow 10 folds over years. His unique insight and expert guidance are the foundation for the company's success.
Vice President and COO
Daniel Clarence has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry in both operational and
executive management roles. Mr. Clarence’s experience includes executive level responsibility for business development for the company’s custom software solutions division as well as managing IT
product support. Mr. Clarence is responsible for managing all of OCT’s financial activities, including M&A activities as well as the financial aspects of accounting and human resources

Amarahd Basini a has been with since 2012. Mr. Mandava has a wide range of experience
in the provisioning of IT infrastructure services, including managed services and hosting services. He has been responsible for the design and implementation of OCT’s state-of-the-art data
center and the development of OCT’s hosting and managed services offerings. Mr. Mandava’s current responsibilities include operational management of OCT’s IT infrastructure services for internal
and external customers as well as developing new business opportunities for these services.
S. Abdul Jabar Klkaty
Senior Vice President – Staffing Services
S. Abdul Jabar Klkaty is a senior professional with extensive
experience in Business Development and Relationship Management in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and India. Ms. Klkaty’s initiatives have enabled the company to win and expand several large
nationwide contracts. Prior to OCT, she worked in the Middle East, both in building businesses from the ground up and in growing new divisions within large corporations, establishing new client
relationships and developing and managing partner relationships across Europe and Asia. Ms. Klkaty is responsible for leading OCT’s marketing efforts for IT staffing services through new client
acquisitions and management of existing Fortune 500 customer relationships.
